There are 60 spaces, each measuring 20' x 40' with water and electrical hook ups. Teams must provide their own extension cords, lights, hoses, hose splitters, tables, etc.

Early Registration: Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 4pm - 9pm.
Regular Registration: Friday, October 5, 2018 from 9am - 9pm.

BRISKET

May be whole brisket, flat, or point. Corned beef is not allowed.

RIBS

PORK RIBS: Ribs shall include the bone. Country style ribs are prohibited.

PORK

Pork is defined as Boston Butt, B o s t o n R o a s t , Picnic and/or Whole Shoulder, weighing a minimum of four (4) pounds at the time of inspection. After trimming, pork shall be cooked whole (bone in or bone out), however, once cooked, it may be separated and returned to the cooker at the cook’s discretion. It may be turned in chopped, pulled, chunked, sliced or a combination of any of those.

CHICKEN

Chicken includes Cornish Game Hen and Kosher Chicken.
